Aron Annette-Woodgate is Associate Director of Recruitment Operations for Volunteer Recruitment at FluCamp, where he leads the operational delivery of volunteer engagement for clinical research studies. With a strong background in healthcare operations and participant recruitment, he focuses on optimising recruitment processes, improving the volunteer experience, and ensuring the efficient and compliant delivery of large-scale clinical trial programmes.

Alongside his role at FluCamp, Aron manages The Breathe Free Club, a community initiative centred on supporting individuals living with asthma and raising awareness of respiratory health. Through this work, he is passionate about improving understanding of asthma, encouraging better self-management, and helping to connect people with credible information and clinical research opportunities that may support future treatments.

Aron works closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and clinical delivery to enhance engagement and streamline the volunteer journey from initial enquiry through to study participation. His work is driven by a commitment to patient-centred recruitment and improving outcomes for people taking part in clinical research.
